A new study into issues in client data by leading data solutions provider Prospect Swetenhams suggests that clients are failing to unlock the full value of their data. The six month study, which looked at data from a cross section of clients, found that most prospect data supplied to its data bureau division was accurate, but that customer data was failing to be exploited largely due to a range of issues around the way it is collected, particularly around the online automation of this process.
