List Experts’ broking team joins Prospect SwetenhamsThe List Experts’ broking team is to join Prospect Swetenhams as Tricia Forbes, founder of Oxfordshire based list broker List Experts, announces that her company is to close next month. Following a successful career in the direct marketing industry spanning over 20 years, Forbes, has decided to scale back her work commitments in order to spend more time with her family. To preserve continuity of service for her client base, which includes leading charities and mail order companies, Forbes has chosen to entrust her clients to Prospect Swetenhams.
Says Tricia Forbes, “It has been important to ensure that List Experts clients move forward with our existing broking team and continue to receive a high quality service. Having worked with Prospect Swetenhams on a number of projects – and watched how their business has developed - I’ve decided that they are very much the right people to deliver the high service values my clients have come to expect.”
Commenting on the move, Annette Holmes, managing director of Prospect Swetenhams and Market Monitor, says, “List Experts has an impressive client base, and our immediate goal, working with Ruth Hickman, List Experts’ senior broker, is to ensure that clients continue to enjoy the excellent service which they always received from List Experts.
“As well as being a safe pair of hands, we are confident that we can continue to deliver broking knowledge, experience and service excellence for the List Experts client base. In addition we offer analytics and integrated data solutions – both areas in which we have made significant investments, and which we continue to develop, with new product launches in the pipeline for later this spring.”
Prospect Swetenhams is one of the UK’s best known B2C and B2B data services companies, providing both UK and international broking and list management, with over 117 million names traded in 2007, but increasingly supported by a wide range of analytical and data solutions. Recent investments in data acquisition, database analytics and bureau services have further strengthened the company’s position as a true full service supplier and strategic partner in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
